The Ramada executive apartments project was designed on a plot of 1,200 m² next to the existing Ramada hotel in Erbil. Considering 2+1,1+1 flats, the project is designed as 41 floors. The total construction area of the project, which also includes its own restaurant, pool, spa, bar and fitness areas, is 45,500 m².
TULIP TOWERS Erbil / IRAQ
The design of our project, which is located on the busiest Gulan Street in Erbil, has been completed with the view of all blocks facing Sami Abdurrahman Park. The ground and first floors of the project are considered as commercial areas on a land area of 15,000 m², and the building, designed with a total height of 149 m, has 41 floors. As loft apartments are thought on the mezzanine floors of the project, penhouses are designed on the upper floors. The total closed construction area is 305,000 m².
ERBIL MEDIA CITY Erbil / IRAQ
Our Erbil Media City project, located in Erbil Iraq, is located on an area of 250,000 m². On the basis of the project, it is aimed to design a commercial area and department store around the foundation pool. And residences overlooking the pool are considered around the commercial units. The total closed construction area is approximately 850,000 m².
EMPIRE SQUARE Erbil / IRAQ
Our Empire Square project, located in EMPIRE WORLD in Erbile, was designed on an area of approximately 51.000 m². The total closed construction area is approximately 274,000 m². Commercial and residential areas are designed in this complex. Penthouses are designed on the top floors of the projects.
